We live our core values of commitment to staff development and teamwork and ensure the full propagation of the Nigerian Content Laws. Through a defined training plan for indigenous employees, we build human capacity in the aviation industry where there is a shortage of certified and experienced manpower, thereby contributing to the pool of trained indigenous workforce for the benefit of the company, the greater good of the aviation sector and the country as a whole. It is our belief that a critical aspect of giving opportunity to Nigerians is providing them the scarce skill-sets and the experience to compete in highly technical areas.
We ensure our pilots and engineers are up to date in all required currency items as stipulated by the industry and the law utilizing training resources available overseas and within the country. We partner with accredited and renowned oversea training providers to deliver courses in Nigeria that meet required standards like the AW139 course conducted for 13 Caverton engineers and 2 NCAA inspectors to gain AW139 Type Rating. In partnership with government, we train pilots sponsored by the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) to gain their type rating and the requisite flying hours.
