We are guided by our corporate philosophy and its goal is to raise sustainable standards in providing services, while meeting the demands of stakeholders within the society and contributing meaningfully to the environment in which we operate. We engage in activities that go beyond the interest of the company and what is required by law, to activities that impact in a positive manner our workforce, our community, society and the Nigerian nation at large. In a very specialized area of aviation and marine, our social engagement strategy includes grants, donations and even employee volunteerism in the area of education, health, training, etc.

Caverton’s career lecture series seeks to encourage and expose primary and secondary school pupils to the world of aviation and marine with guided tours to our facilities and equipment demonstrations. It is our desire to influence the career choices of the next generation.

The Caverton Offshore Support Group is conscientious in implementing a corporate social responsibility plan (CSR) aimed at improving the lives of people, partnering with credible private, government and non-governmental organisations like;
