Mr. Akinsola Falola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Business Administration degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He acquired over 17 years experience in the banking industry and rose to the position of Ag. Managing Director of Devcom Merchant Bank before exiting in 2000. He joined the Caverton Group as the Chief Financial Officer and later assumed the position of Managing Director/Accountable Officer of Caverton Helicopters. Under his leadership, Caverton was awarded multinational oil and gas contracts from Total, Shell and Exxonmobil (Cameroon) until his retirement in 2014. He is currently a member of the COSG Board Safety Committee and the Governance and Implementation Committee.
