Caverton Wins Contract Extension From TOTAL

LAGOS, NIGERIA – 27 MAY 2014 – Caverton Offshore Support Group (“CAVERTON”, ISIN Code: NGCAVERTON07), a leading provider of marine, aviation and logistics services to local and international oil and gas companies in Nigeria is pleased to announce that TOTAL EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED has exercised contract extension options with the company for a two year period. Caverton won a 3 year contract with Total in 2011 for the operation of 4 helicopters into TEPENG’s offshore fields. The extension will see Caverton servicing the company till 2016.
